Something is not connected

Unconnected pins, ambiguous pins, stray net labels, and invalid wires all show up in the Status tab with a way to find them.

Wires that look joined on screen are sometimes a pixel apart, and a pin sitting next to a wire carries no current. CircuitSim reports every one of these in the Status tab of the Info panel, and most entries can select the offending item for you.
The messages you may see
R3 is not fully connected
R3 has unconnected pins: A, B.
U1 has an ambiguous connection
U1 pin 2 touches more than one electrical net.
A net label is not attached to a wire or pin and will not connect anything.
No connection marker is not attached to a pin or wire stub.
A completely unconnected source will not be included in the simulation.
Each entry names the designator of the part it found, so the message you see carries your own component names.
Unconnected pins
The steps on the warning are to show the component in the schematic, then connect each listed pin or mark pins that are intentionally unused with a No connection marker.
  1. Click Show in schematic on the issue. The part is selected on the canvas.
  2. Zoom in far enough to see the pin ends.
  3. Draw a wire from the pin end to the net it belongs to, starting on the pin rather than near it.
  4. For pins you meant to leave open, press Q and place a No connection marker on the pin.
Marked pins stop being reported, which keeps the status list clear.
Ambiguous pins
Here one pin touches more than one net at once, usually because two wires overlap or a wire was drawn twice along the same path. The steps are to show the component in the schematic, then remove overlapping or duplicate wires from this pin and reconnect it to one net. Deleting both wires and drawing one fresh is faster than hunting for the duplicate.
Net labels
A net label joins nets by name, so a label that appears once joins nothing, and a label floating next to a wire rather than on it joins nothing either. The status list raises a warning for each case, with an Open the schematic and select this net label action. Check the spelling too, since two labels differing by a character are two separate nets.
Invalid wires
An error rather than a warning:
Wire w42 is attached to a missing component: U7 pin 3. Remove it and reconnect the wire from a visible terminal.
This happens when a component was deleted while its wires stayed behind. The issue carries a Remove this invalid wire from the schematic action, which clears it in one click. Redraw the connection from a terminal you can see.
Duplicate designators
Two parts sharing one name confuse the netlist, and the status list warns when multiple components share a designator. Open Item Properties on one of them and give it a unique name.
If everything looks connected
The status pill at the corner of the canvas counts current errors and warnings and opens the same list. If the count is zero and the circuit still behaves as though a wire is missing, check for a pin disabled under Optional Pins in Item Properties.
