Accept or decline a group invitation

Invitations show up in two places: on the group page itself and on My groups.

When someone invites you to a group, you get an email with an Accept invitation button. If you already have a CircuitSim account, a red dot appears next to Groups and My groups in the left navigation.
From the group page
Opening the group shows a card reading You've been invited to join {group} in place of the usual tabs, with Accept invitation and Decline. Accepting drops you straight into the group.
From My groups
Groups then My groups shows a Pending invitations panel at the top listing every group waiting for an answer, the role you were invited as, and Accept or Decline for each one.
If the invitation does not seem to work
An invitation belongs to one email address. If you are signed in with a different address, the group page shows Group invite not found along with the address you are currently using. Sign in with the address the invitation was sent to, or ask whoever invited you to send a new one to the address you prefer.
Invitations to private groups cannot be forwarded. Sending the link to a colleague will not let them in unless they were invited too.
Seats
On a license group, a seat may be assigned to you as you join. You can see it under Account, then Billing, in the Group licenses panel, which also has a Decline seat button if you would rather keep your own plan. Your highest active tier applies automatically, so a seat never lowers a plan you are already paying for.
