Your account settings
Profile, Billing, Preferences, and Security are the four tabs under Account, and this is what each one covers.

Everything about your account lives under Account, which you reach from the account drawer on any signed-in page. Opening circuitsim.com/account lands you on Profile.
The four tabs
Profile holds your name, the display name other people see, and the address of your public profile page. See Edit your profile.
Billing holds your plan.
Preferences holds the marketing email toggle, the forum profile toggle, and the cookie settings. See Email and display preferences.
Security holds the password form and the account deletion controls. See Change your password and Delete your account.
The same four items appear in the account drawer, so you can move between them without going back to the Account page first.
When updated terms block the page
CircuitSim asks you to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy again whenever they change. Until you do, every account page sends you to a page headed Legal and Privacy:
Welcome to CircuitSim! Please review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The full terms and privacy text appear below that, followed by the line By clicking "I agree", you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. and an I agree button, which reads Saving... while it works.
There is no way to postpone this. Accepting is what returns you to the page you were heading for. If the button reports Failed to accept terms. Please try again., press it once more.
If you are on a private seat
Accounts that a school or organization set up as private seats have no personal settings to manage. Each tab shows a card headed You're on a private seat:
You're signed in to a private seat facilitated by {group}. Your activity stays inside the group, and no personal information is collected or shared.
Underneath, each tab explains its own version of the same thing: There is no profile information to view or edit on a private seat, There are no preferences to manage on a private seat, There are no sign-in or security settings to manage on a private seat, and There is no billing to manage on a private seat, your access is provided by the group.
The Billing tab is hidden from the navigation entirely for private seats. Your group administrator handles anything that would otherwise appear there.
